CamSlide allows you to use your camera in more creative ways, like hyperlapse videos. You can also use it as just a slider for your DSLR to create stunning and cinematic shots.

What OS is supported?
CamSlide is an embedded system, meaning you don't need any third party device to use it.
Where can I get the software for the controller?
Just download the latest Arduino IDE. Compile and upload the code - done.
What DSLRs can be used?
CamSlide can carry almost any camera, as soon as everything you pack on it is under 5kg max. To trigger the shutter (for timelapse) your camera needs an 2.5mm audio jack.
My camera does not have an audio jack!
I know that not every camera comes with an audio jack to trigger it, but I had to choose one type of output on my controller. That's the bad thing. The good thing is, that there are adapters on the market, they allow you to use such an audio cable with your DSLR.
Where do I get updates from?
You can either download the ZIP-file from this site if there is a new version, or from GitHub. If you allow the host software to connect to the internet, it will notify you when a new version is available.
Is there a bug I should know about?
So far I haven't had any bugs.
Can I save my settings?
Of course you can!
